How does affiliate tracking work?
TrackBN supports cookie-based and postback (server-to-server) tracking. Affiliates use tracking links; when a conversion occurs, your system sends a postback to TrackBN. Conversions are attributed to the correct affiliate with real-time logging and optional fraud checks.
Can I use my own tracking domain?
Yes. TrackBN supports custom tracking domains so your click and postback URLs can use your brand. Configure tracking domains in your admin settings.
Does TrackBN support postbacks (S2S)?
Yes. Server-to-server postbacks are fully supported with configurable macros (click ID, payout, transaction ID, etc.). Integrate with your CRM, payment processor, or custom backend.
Is there an API?
Yes. TrackBN offers a REST API for offers, affiliates, conversions, and reports. Webhooks are available for real-time event notifications.

Can I run TrackBN on my own domain?
Yes! TrackBN is white-label. Your partner program runs on your own subdomain (e.g. partners.yourbrand.com) so end users see it as part of your brand.
What reporting is available?
Real-time dashboards for affiliates, advertisers, and managers. Reports include clicks, conversions, revenue, and payout data. Filter by date, offer, affiliate, country, and device. Export to CSV/Excel.
Does TrackBN support multi-goal offers?
Yes. Create offers with CPA, RevShare, or hybrid payouts. Configure multiple conversion goals per offer with different payout structures. Supports geo-targeting and device caps.
Is there fraud protection?
Yes. TrackBN includes click and conversion fraud checks. Optional integrations with IPQualityScore and AbuseIPDB for advanced fraud scoring.

How does billing work?

Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Proration may apply for upgrades.
